Citizens Travels to Alaska

A group of 40 travelers from Citizens Bank Minnesota recently returned from a 12-day Alaskan Denali Explorer Trip.  Alaska’s awesome beauty isn’t confined to its interior – but extends along the 1,000 mile-long coastal waterway known as the Inside Passage.  Their journey began in Vancouver, Canada where the group boarded the Island Princess Cruise Ship for seven days and cruised north through the Inside Passage stopping in Icy Straight Point, Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay and College Fjord National Parks.  In Whitter they boarded a deluxe train for a scenic ride to the south rim of Denali National Park. For the next four days they enjoyed touring the beautiful interior of Alaska including the little village of Talkeetna and Denali National Park.  While in Denali, the group experienced Summer Solstice Celebration with 24 hours of sun.  The trip concluded in Fairbanks with a sternwheeler river cruise.  The group enjoyed wonderful weather while viewing some of the world’s most beautiful scenery.

Our 2019 trip is Australia / New Zealand.  There is limited ship availability.  Please call or email Jean at 507-276-2406 / gwiz.jean@gmail.com or Lori at 507-354-3165 / ldummer@citizensmn.com if you would like information.
